We warmly welcome you to B&B Berglust in Rotterdam and kindly ask you to read the following terms and conditions. By making a reservation, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Main Guest
The person who has made a reservation with B&B Berglust through the contact form, by email, or by telephone.
The main guest must be 18 years of age or older, is responsible for their fellow guests, and must have a permanent residential address.
Manager
The person who manages the bed and breakfast as the owner of B&B Berglust or on behalf of the owner of B&B Berglust.
Third Party
Any other legal entity or natural person who is not a guest, manager, or owner.

Cancellation
Cancellation or termination of a confirmed reservation is possible within the applicable cancellation period.
Guests are responsible for arranging their own cancellation and/or travel insurance.
Stay
The entire period between check-in and check-out.

Privacy in B&B
Your privacy is of great importance to us. We believe it is essential that our guests feel comfortable, relaxed, and completely at home during their stay at our B&B.
It is important to me that guests feel at home and at ease. Each guest has their own private entrance and a private conservatory, where they can relax without seeing us.
When the conservatory doors are opened, guests have a view of the garden and may occasionally encounter us. If guests feel the need for a conversation, I am always open to that, but it is certainly not my intention to impose it.
Communication therefore mainly takes place via WhatsApp, text message, or email.
The B&B features a private bathroom with a shower, a washbasin with hot and cold running water, and a toilet. Bed linen is included. Guests also have exclusive use of their own private sunroom, where they can relax in comfort and privacy.
Basic amenities
The facilities we provide are considered by us to be a very important service for the safety and comfort of our guests.
The B&B is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed, as well as a small kitchen with a stove, recycled tableware, cutlery, and cooking utensils. In addition, there is a combi oven/microwave.
The B&B is suitable for a maximum of 2 guests and has a toilet and shower, which have recently been renovated. Every effort has been made to ensure all comfort for an optimal stay.

Cancellation
Cancellation or termination of the final reservation within the applicable period is possible. You are responsible for arranging your own cancellation and/or travel insurance.
Once a final reservation for B&B Berglust has been made and confirmed, the following conditions apply to cancellation:
Free cancellation up to 4 weeks in advance.
Four weeks before arrival, you will receive a full refund of the invoice amount (minus €30 administration costs).
Two weeks before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the total invoice amount.
Payment of 100% of the invoice must be made within five days before arrival; no refunds are possible after this point.
To qualify for a refund of any paid amount, you must inform us of the cancellation as soon as possible by email or phone.
After consultation, the agreed refund will be transferred as soon as possible, but no later than within 21 days. In case of early departure, no refund will be given and cancellation fees apply if you do not show up.
B&B Berglust may only terminate the reservation agreement in the following cases:
force majeure, natural disaster, extreme weather conditions, fire, death of the owners or family members, hospitalisation, or unexpected sale.
In any of these cases, the owner will offer the guest an alternative as soon as possible.
If this is not possible, or if the guest does not accept the alternative offered, the full amount will be refunded.
Any other damages resulting from the cancellation are excluded and will not be eligible for compensation by the owner.
