Step inside B&B Berglust and discover its warm and comfortable interior, designed to make you feel at home.
I will The B&B has its own private entrance from the street, and you can park your car free of charge on our driveway or along the street. Tucked away beside the beautiful garden, you’ll find the charming garden room.
Upon arrival, please ring the doorbell at 38A, where I will be delighted to welcome you. I will show you around the B&B and make sure you feel at home from the moment you arrive. I am also happy to answer any questions you may have and share tips about Rotterdam and the surrounding area, so you can make the most of your stay.
The kitchen
After a day out in the city of Rotterdam, come back home and step into the fully equipped kitchen where you can take your time to prepare a comforting meal together. As the evening settles in, move through to the heated conservatory, pour a drink, and enjoy a relaxed dinner in a warm and atmospheric setting — the perfect place to unwind and let the day gently come to an end.
The dining room
After a wonderful day exploring the vibrant city of Rotterdam, return to a bright and welcoming space where you can truly unwind. Sink into our new comfortable chairs, with a glass of wine, share stories from the day, and gather around the extendable dining table for a leisurely meal together. Whether you’re enjoying a relaxed breakfast before heading out, a long afternoon lunch, or an intimate dinner as the evening settles in, this inviting space is made for slowing down, connecting, and savouring the moment.
The sleeping Area
Imagine arriving after a day in Rotterdam, the city still buzzing behind you, as you step into a calm and hidden retreat surrounded by greenery. The moment you enter the sleeping area, everything softens. You sink into a wonderfully comfortable bed and immediately feel yourself unwind, as the day slowly fades away.
From the bed, your gaze naturally drifts towards the light-filled conservatory — a peaceful extension of the space where daylight gently shifts and time seems to slow down. In the evening, you curl up with a film, wrapped in comfort, with nowhere else you need to be.
The bathroom
Our bathroom was fully renovated in 2022 and designed to suit our personal taste and comfort. It’s not a large space, but it has everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
Guests often tell us how much they love the shower, describing it as wonderfully refreshing after a day out. It’s one of those small details that makes a big difference.
For your convenience, we provide shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap, so you only need to bring your toothbrush. A large and a small towel are also prepared for you upon arrival, and if you ever need an extra one, you’re very welcome to ask.
The conservatory
After a day full of impressions in Rotterdam, the conservatory is your place to unwind and slow down. In winter, you can switch on the heater, and in summer, a fan keeps the space pleasantly cool.Turn on the heater or fan, pour a good glass of wine, and let the day gently fade away. Here, everything is about relaxing, reflecting, and simply enjoying the moment.
